In the Himalayan mountain country of Bhutan, an enormus structure gushes out of the earth creating sudden increases of seismic activity. Mason Rand (David Keith), an expert in extraordinary phenomina, is "strongly urged" out of retirement to assist sexy Science Advisor to the President, Kasia Czaban (Stephanie Niznik). They are to make contact with the structure and discover why it is here.
Their discovery is life-changing. It is here to alter the evolution of life...to re-terraform the planet and start anew.
Meanwhile, the Chinese Military are poised on the Bhutan border to make a full-scale attack and nuke the structure only making matters worse.
Mason and Kasia are the only hope that stands between armageddon and the annihilation of humanity... and the clock is ticking.
